A Healthier Way
My cousin is dreaming of becoming a fashion model. She always acts as if she is already a model now. She used to wear varieties of clothes in just one day. She walks, and even talks like her favorite fashion model who she calls as her idol. Aside from being fashionably dressed, as said by her, she must also have a good body fit. She must be physically fit to make the clothes she wears look good. Last month, I went to her unit near our house.
I told her I’m going to spend my three days there since my parents went out-of-town for a seminar. Every time we eat, I noticed she does not eat rice. Even it’s breakfast or lunch. According to her, it can make her lose weight fast and that can make her more physically fit. I felt uneasy with her answer because I know it is not healthy if you’re not going to eat any rice at all.
