I can’t believe that I receive a heart pendant necklace from my grandfather. I know that it is my eighteenth birthday  ndthey call it a debut for girls like me but I didn’t expect such expensive necklace from him. Eversince, I felt that I am his favorite grand daughter of all. But I didn’t realize that he will blurt it out through his generous gift.

I was nine when I felt that he gave me the most attention of all, when my mother, his daughter, died. Maybe he felt, he was responsible for it but he is not. Everytime there are reunions and occasions, he will asked to dance, sing and perform in front of everybody because he knows that I like attention. He always looks after me and he will always be the best grandpa for me, and promise to take good care of this expensive and memorable gift.
