Staying Healthy and Fit

Oh my gosh, I just saw my sister skipped her breakfast again! This is the fourth time in this week that I saw her do that and I don’t think that she is on a diet. Remember, even if you are on a diet, you should never skip breakfast because it is the most important meal of the meals. You can skip lunch or dinner but never breakfast. She can’t be on a diet because she is too thin to look at and I know that she doesn’t even need it. I have to know what is on her mind and ask her as soon as she comes home. She knows me, I don’t want people skipping on food just because they are on a diet. I have to investigate her.

I have a week of vacation and I loved it. Just lying in bed and watch all the movies I can probably watch all day, but I still exercise and eat on time. I talked to my sister about what I saw for the past couple of days and she said that she is always in a hurry so she had to skip a meal. She has a little point though because I know how things work for her job so I just thought of helping her out on this matter. I discovered this healthy snack bars that you can buy now in the market. Once I had a bite on it, I must say that this is the best tasting protein par. I told her that it is alright not to eat at home but while she is driving to the office or somewhere, she can have the best protein bars so that she will not miss a thing.
