10 pounds in a Month

When I went in South Korea a month ago, I was totally having the best body. Menaing my weight is in perfect shape and I weigh the weigh that I have been wanting for the last couple of months since I was in a complete diet and a complete work out. Everyhting has change since then and now I dn’t know what to do. In a month, I’ll be coming back home with my husband seeing me this, gaining 5 kilos in a month. Yes, I know that is so threatening because that is more than 10 pounds.

I don’t do much here, we always have to eat out durng lunch or dinner and I have to atend most parties and here, their party is like Christmas. They have all these different kinds of foods and they all taste great so I couldn’t help it. Today, I am going to start to week right and for the rest of the days until I come back home. I will eat what is right and what is enough, exercise as many times as possible and sleep early because it also threatened my weight for that period. I hope I can do it and I must.

If you ask any optician or physician in general about the eyesight – everyone will tell you about the necessity to preserve the good and perfect eyesight from the early childhood if you do not want to wear prescription spectacles afterwards. Burn your Fat Away

Exercise and diet are the two biggest things that you should remember if you want to loose weight. Also there’s discipline in all you do, like for examle saying no to your favorite food and eating less when you are invited to a party. You don’t have to take it all seriously like don’t eat at all because every carb and proteins that you are taking is at risk..Eating is still needed because you can’t do all the things that you have to do for a day without eating, you just have to minimize them and eat what is needed.

There are many ways that you can do to loose those fats out of your stomach or butts.I already said that other two and the latest in technology at this point is fat burner. When you burn fat with ephedra products, it is like you have gone to exercise for an hour. One kind is to buy lipodrene ephedra. I am not saying that you should stop exercising if you have this, I am saying there’s a faster means of loosing that weight without having to go to sweating it all.

Lupus

Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE or lupus) is a chronic autoimmune disease that can be fatal, though with recent medical advances, fatalities are becoming increasingly rare. SLE is one of several diseases known as “the great imitators” because its symptoms vary so widely, it often mimics or is mistaken for other illnesses and because the symptoms come and go unpredictably. Common initial and chronic complaints are fever, malaise, joint pains, myalgias, and fatigue. As lupus erythematosus is a chronic disease with no known cure, treatment is restricted to dealing with the symptoms. Essentially, this involves preventing flares and reducing their severity and duration when they occur. There are several means of preventing and dealing with flares, including drugs, alternative medicine, and lifestyle changes.

Bipolar Person

When I was in high school, I remembered that one of my professors in Psychology asked us to do a written work about movies that have Bipolar disability like the movie of Jim Carey, Me, Myself and Irene and so on. I got so curious about it and excited about these kinds of personality disorders that I had to mastered it right after college. I kind of like that fact that one person is playing two roles at the same time without her/him ever knowing it.

I don’t know if these personality types really exists in real life and so I searched for it and made it my award winning thesis in Masters. There were lots of reasons why people suffer from these kinds of disorders and I wonder that they are true. Some of the researches that I did amazed me a lot that I had to contact types of doctors and patients all at once. Although it is true that one can’t realize he has the disability, he can certainly know that he can be out of it at least. I learned recently that there is some kind of social security offered to people who has this kind os disability and so they are never neglected by the public eyes. I just hope that they continue this kind of mission so that everybody would have a fair share.
