Cholesterol Free

Today is my father’s 60th birthday and we are all excited about it. My sister from the States even gave us money to have a very extravagant and super high class birthday event. She wanted it to be the birthday event of the year, even though that won’t really happen because we are not celebrities or politicians, duh! I was assigned to do the menu and I have some things in mind set already the week before the main event.

But my father has somethings in his mind, he wants to have lots of beer for his friends, lots of roast chicken, pork and even goat which are most common here in our place by the way. Hello! He is already turning 60 for goodness sake..he can’t have those foods in one seating at his birthday. Who is he, Superman? This will only cause him hypertension and we don’t want that to happen. I told him to follow everything that is in the list because I am the one in charge for the food menu. I am planning on having lots of fruits, vegies, meat, pork or chicken, and some juice and a little softdrink for everyone. In this case, everybody is happy but I hope they will take it all in moderation.

Premature Babies

I just saw in the local news that there are very effective ways for a premature baby to stay in touch into our world. I mean, they can still go to the process of staying alive even though they are not fully developed. In Columbia, the premature babies were out to incubator and have them swing on a very small cloth like thing, they need to do this because this helps babies to sleep more and well and they can reduced getting apnea, is a technical term for suspension of external breathing, most common to premature babies. Technologies are really fascinating even if they don’t need some computers for it something.
